Independent SDFs and skills consultants earn 10% on every paid invoice from the clients they bring in, including every monthly payment on an annual training plan.
For example: bring 2 clients with 100 staff each on The Payday-Proof Workplace and earn about R23 760 a year, every year they stay.
- Your clients are protected: a company you register is yours for 90 days; no other SDF can claim it
- We do the delivery: certified facilitators, signed registers and the evidence pack in 7 working days

Internal and HR SDFs get all the same tools free to plan training for their own organisation, but earn no commission: a fee from a supplier their own employer pays would be an inducement. For transparency, every quote shows whether the SDF who prepared it earns a fee, and how much.
What counts, honestly
No over-claiming: your reputation is on the line too
This is a non-credit-bearing short course. It can be planned in the WSP and reported in the ATR. For B-BBEE:
- Workplace training is usually recognised as informal training under Skills Development, within the cap. Only spend on black participants counts.
- Community programmes are usually recognised as Socio-Economic Development where at least 75% of beneficiaries are black people.
- Enterprise & supplier development is usually recognised under ESD where beneficiaries are qualifying black-owned businesses.
The final decision always rests with the verification agency. We give you a transparent pack in line with what verification requires.
Questions
What SDFs ask us
Is the programme accredited?
No. It is a non-credit-bearing short course, which is why it is usually recognised as informal training for B-BBEE. It can still be planned in the Workplace Skills Plan and reported in the Annual Training Report.
What exactly do I receive for the ATR?
Signed attendance registers with learner details, invoices, the programme outline, before-and-after assessment results and a 90-day impact report. Everything except the 90-day report reaches you within 7 working days of the training.
Do you train across several client sites?
Yes. Our facilitators can run groups at different sites, even on the same day, and we combine the reporting into one evidence pack for you.
Will staff be sold financial products?
No. No loans, insurance or investments are sold, during or after the training. The session is education, not advice, and we are happy to put that in the contract.
How far ahead should I book?
We take bookings up to 12 weeks ahead. Your dates are held while your client considers the quote. Contact us to discuss your clients’ training plans.
Which languages do you train in?
English and Afrikaans.
Does it count toward B-BBEE?
It can usually be recognised as informal training under Skills Development, within the cap for informal training. Only spend on black participants counts toward the target, and the final decision rests with your verification agency. We provide the invoices, registers and records your verifier needs.

Internal and HR SDFs use all the tools free but earn no commission, because a fee from a supplier their own employer pays would be an inducement. For transparency, every quote shows whether the SDF who prepared it earns a fee, and how much.
What if another SDF approaches the same company?
The first SDF to register a company in the partner portal is protected for 90 days. If you think a company was registered in error, contact us and we will sort it out fairly.
