ABOUT US
Empowering Workplaces.
Uplifting Communities.
At Let’s Talk Money, we believe that real financial and workforce development doesn’t end at the office door.
In South Africa, an employed individual is rarely just managing their own income, they are often the anchor of an entire extended family and community. When workers carry the emotional and financial strain of surrounding unemployment, it directly impacts their well-being, focus and workplace productivity.
In response to this crisis, we build enterprise-grade training programs that solve two critical challenges at once:
1. In the Workplace: We deliver practical, high-impact training that sharpens skills, improves financial wellness, and drives workplace performance.
2. In the Community: We equip trained employees with structured, self-explanatory toolkits. Without needing to become trainers or educators, they are empowered to facilitate constructive conversations and guide solutions within their personal circles of influence.
Through this dual-action model, corporate training investment fuels a sustainable, open-access library of world-class learning resources for every South African.
